If the program feels like the right fit, you’ll officially enroll. You’ll receive your onboarding materials, including:

  • A simple prep checklist (including foods and tools to have ready)

Step 3: Personalized Plan Creation

Once your blood work is complete, your nutrition plan is created based on your body’s unique chemistry.

From Day 1, you’ll start following your personalized plan with structure, clarity, and support. Over the next 12 weeks, we work closely together through:
