For years, I chased every fad diet and quick fix, only to end up back where I started — frustrated, tired, and defeated. What finally changed everything was making the decision that I was going to change — and realizing I didn’t have to do it alone.

I started small: walking 30 minutes a few times a week. From there, I added in weight training, hired a trainer, and began changing how I ate — starting with cutting out my late-night food binges. It wasn’t about going from 0 to 100 overnight. It was about small, consistent changes that added up. Slowly, the weight started to come off, and that kept me motivated and disciplined. Over two years, I lost 80 lbs, became a certified personal trainer, and started helping other women who wanted to lose weight too.

But life happened. A few years later, I re-gained 30 lbs — and this time, no matter what I did, the weight wouldn’t budge. I thought I needed more intense workouts, stricter diets, even tried the carnivore diet and a few rounds of GLP-1 medications. Those were not the answers.

It wasn’t until I discovered Metabolic Balance that I finally broke through. With this program, I lost the 30 LBS that had crept back on — and for the first time, I felt truly confident that I had a sustainable way to keep it off.
